In a special focus this week on the upcoming Children's Referendum, we look at the two sides of the debate. This argument against the change in legislation is from John Burns of Alliance of Parents against the State. I am opposing the Children's Rights Referendum for many reasons. I will give you just one. I have been researching the topic of Child Protection and Family Court for the past five years and have a unique understanding of how the system works, but, more importantly, why it doesn't protect children.
