Bronagh Kenny Computer Training is now taking bookings for the next season of computer courses.

Two popular courses are scheduled - a beginners course for adults with little or no computer skills, and the ECDL course for the more skilled computer user.

The beginner’s course is specifically designed to address the needs of those intimidated by computers. This course is the first step on the computer skills ladder. There will be both morning and evening classes.

The morning course starts on Tuesday, 1 May and the evening course starts on Thursday, 3 May. Telephone support is provided for the duration of the course and afterwards.

On completion of this course, participants will be able to write a letter or report, perform basic spreadsheet functions, use the Internet and Google to access information on a wide range of issues, book flights, hotels and shows, pay bills, use Skype, send emails and set up their own email.

For the more skilled computer user, the ECDL is an internationally recognised course. It is recognised in many organisations and industries and is ideal for those looking for a new job or to enhance their current career. This course will run two mornings a week, Monday and Thursday, starting Monday 30 April. An evening ECDL course will also start on Monday 30 April.

Classes are held in a friendly, relaxed environment. Class sizes are kept small, with a maximum of eight, ensuring greater individual attention.

Bronagh Kenny Computer Training has now moved to Tuam Road Retail Park.
