Get ready to step back in time to the age of chunky mobile phones, slow internet connections and the explosion of boy bands.

East 17 take to the Monroe’s Live stage this Thursday and are ready to get fans screaming again for their beloved classics and a great collection of new material.

The band’s 1992 debut single ‘House Of Love’ sold 600,000 copies and their debut album hit number one the following year. The band went on to achieve 18 top twenty hits, including Deep, Steam, Let It Rain, It’s Alright and Christmas chart topper Stay Another Day, which remained at the top for five weeks, as well as four top ten albums and sales of over 20 million records. When East 17 finally split in 1997 it was heralded as one of the greatest break-ups in pop history.

East 17 play Monroe’s Live on Thursday 1 December. Doors open at 9pm sharp and tickets cost €20.
